고 칼륨혈증(고포타슘혈증), Hyperpotassemia

- 혈중 칼륨(K+) 농도가 정상 이상으로 높으면 고 칼륨 혈이라 하고 그로 인해 생긴 증상 징후를 고 칼륨 혈증이라고 한다.
- 부정맥, 피로, 허약, 구미상실, 구기, 구토, 피부과 색소 침색증, 이상 감각 증상이 생길 수 있다. 심장마비도 생길 수 있다.
- 병력, 진찰, 증상 등을 종합하고 혈 중 전해질 농도를 검사해서 진단한다.
- 때로는 심장 전도검사를 해서 진단의 도움을 받는다.
- Calcium gluconate, 포도당, Furosemide 등의 약물로 치료한다.
- 원인에 따라서 치료한다.
- 칼륨은 바나나, 신 맛 나는 과일, 건 과일, 짙은 노란색 채소류 음식물, 감자, 우유 등 음식물에 들어있다.
Hyperpotassemia (hyperpotassemia) 고 칼륨혈증(고포타슘혈증)
- When the concentration of potassium (K+) in the blood is higher than normal, it is called hyperkalemia, and the symptoms resulting from it are called hyperkalemia.
- Arrhythmia, fatigue, weakness, loss of mouth, vomiting, dermatological pigmentation, and abnormal sensory symptoms may occur.
- Heart attacks can also occur.
- Comprehensive medical history, examination, symptoms, etc., and diagnosed by examining the electrolyte concentration in the blood Sometimes a heart conduction test is done to aid in diagnosis.
- It is treated with drugs such as calcium gluconate, glucose, and furosemide.
- Treat according to the cause.
- Potassium is found in foods such as bananas, sour fruits, dried fruits, dark yellow vegetables, potatoes, and milk.
