불소 Fluoride

불소 Fluoride

• 불소는 이와 골의 성분의 일부이다.
• 음식물과 식수 등에 불소가 들어있다.
• 그런 음식물과 식수에서 불소가 과다히 섭취되면 필요 이상의 불소는 소변과 땀을 통해서 배설된다. ([부모도 반의사가 되어야 한다-소아가정간호 백과]-제 20권 소아청소년 구강 치아 질병-이와 불소 참조).
• 불소 결핍증이 생기면 충치가 더 잘 생길 수 있다.
• 불소 과다증이 생기면 이에 불소 침착증(불소증)이 생길 수 있다.
• 해물 음식물, 음료수, 동물성 음식물이나 식물성 음식물, 불소를 첨가한 소금, 치약, 충치 예방용으로 사용하는 불소 구강용 액 등에 불소가 들어있다.

나이에 따른 1일 불소 필요용량

0.3ppm 이하일 때	0.25mg	0.5mg	1.00mg
0.3~0.7ppm일 때	줄 필요가 없음	0.25mg	0.5mg

Fluoride 불소

• Fluoride is part of the composition of the teeth and bones.

• Food and drinking water contain fluoride.

• Excessive fluoride intake from such foods and drinking water causes excess fluoride to be excreted through urine and sweat. • If you have a fluoride deficiency, you may be more prone to tooth decay.

• If you take too much fluoride, you may develop fluoride deposits (fluoridosis).

• Seafood foods, beverages, animal foods or vegetable foods, fluorinated salts, toothpaste, and fluoride oral solutions used to prevent tooth decay contain fluoride.
