셀레늄, Selenium

셀레늄은 글루타타이온 퍼록시데이스(페록시다제)의 성분이다.
셀레늄은 비타민 E와 함께 체내의 지방과 화학 물질을 분해하는 작용을 한다.
셀레늄 결핍증이 생기면 심장근육에 이상이 생길 수 있고 빈혈이 생긴다.
셀레늄 과다증이 생기면 탈모증이 생기고 손톱 발톱이 빠질 수 있고 몸에서 마늘 냄새가 날 수 있고 점막이 아플 수 있다.
구토, 설사, 복통 등의 증상 징후가 생길 수 있고 피로와 신경과민이 생길 수 있다.
셀레늄은 조류고기, 해초 및 해물, 달걀노른자, 육류, 전곡물류 음식물, 빵, 시리얼, 버섯, 양파 등에 들어있다.

Selenium 셀레늄

Selenium is a component of glutathione peroxidase.

Selenium works with vitamin E to break down fats and chemicals in the body.

Selenium deficiency can lead to heart muscle disorders and anemia.

If you have an excess of selenium, you may have alopecia, nails and toenails may fall out, your body may smell like garlic, and mucous membranes may hurt.

Symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain may occur, and fatigue and irritability may occur.

Selenium is found in bird meat, seaweed and seafood, egg yolk, meat, whole-grain foods, bread, cereal, mushrooms, and onions.
