칼슘의 기능과 권장 1일 칼슘 섭취량, Function of calcium and daily recommended amount of calcium Intake

칼슘은 인과 그 외 다른 미네랄(무기질)과 더불어 뼈의 주성분이 되고 신체의 각 기관과 조직의 세포의 신진 대사를 원활하게 하는 중요한 역할을 한다.
칼슘은 소장관의 점막층을 통해 혈관 내 피 속으로 흡수되고, 혈액 내 칼슘은 소장 관 속으로 배설되고 신장의 사구체를 통과해 소변으로 배설되기도 하고 흡수된다. 그 칼슘 흡수 배설되는 기전에 대해서 어느 정도 알려져 있다. 그렇지만 체내 칼슘 균형 대사의 전반적인 기전에 대해서 아직도 정확히 모르는 점이 학계에도 많다.

• Calcium, along with phosphorus and other minerals, is the main component of bones and plays an important role in smoothing the metabolism of cells in each organ and tissue of the body.

• Calcium is absorbed into the blood through the mucous membrane of the small intestine, and calcium in the blood is excreted into the small intestine and is excreted or absorbed in the urine through the glomeruli of the kidney.

The mechanism by which calcium absorption is excreted is known to some extent. However, many things in the academic world are still unclear about the overall mechanism of calcium balance metabolism in the body.
